Law Advocates only assisting in child custody, access and family law are always fully focussed on the task in hand, treating each case with sensitivity.

With the support and experience of our extensive and dedicated law advocate team, (who have all experienced Parental Alienation in some form), we strive to deal with your problems as if they were our own. Our Team

Although we pride our services, Law Advocates are not qualified in law, but have a wealth of experience and success in court proceedings. We assist with paperwork and court procedures to assist litigant in persons (you our client) to attend court at a fraction of the cost that you pay for a qualified lawyer.

However, in cases that require a qualified legal representative Law Advocates have an extensive directory of partnering support of direct access solicitors and barristers who will advise and attend court if required.

Acting as a litigant in person If you wish to conduct your case yourself, then we will be happy to offer Legal assistance on how to present your own case with our support at the family court.

Support

There will be certain times when you will need out of hours support and there is always someone here to help. It might just be that you need comfort in something that is pressing to you personally that you feel cannot wait, we are here to help at those times.
