“Child Access”

My experience was at the beginning of last year 2016 whilst going through a very torrid and heart wrenching experience of having had access to my children being arbitrarily stopped for no reason by my ex partner. I had been trampled to believe that the law fell totally on the side of the mother, which was actually and worryingly backed up by my lawyers (which is in fact, far from true) they had told me that the whole case was going to cost 15-20k and take 8-12 weeks just to get into court.  It was at this stage that that I came across a person who was about to change my life and was introduced to me as a Law Advocates.

On meeting Law Advocates Friend, he said that he would like to go with me to my next Lawyers meeting to find my “Standing”. My Lawyer was aware that Law Advocates Friend was coming in with me and welcomed him. My lawyer again stated that it would take 8-12 weeks to get into court. Law Advocates Friend boldly announced to my lawyer after reading the case file, that he would get me into court within a week? This statement was made in front of my lawyer who grinned and said “good luck with that". Law Advocates Friend never got my case into court in a week, he got it listed in five days, and the judge after seeing the evidence gave me access that very day to my children. I sobbed. I am eternally grateful for this cavalier and valiant approach and forever in awe of their passion to succeed for me. Law Advocates services charged me a fraction of the cost of what my Lawyers had quoted me, I only wish I had met them sooner

Patricia, Hertfordshire “inheritance”

My husband is suffering from dementia and I decided to start tax planning and spoke with a representative at Law Advocates about the family estate which whilst not worth millions was of value to our only son, our main asset was the family home and it was arranged to add my son to the land registry and I later introduced to an accountant whom I understand was a Service Partner whom advised me on tax planning.

Emma, Leeds “Family law”

I am a Mother which suffered from domestic violence and mental harm, I could not see the wood through the trees, I managed to financially leave the family home with my two children, this was a very scary move and a very challenging time.  The father later took me to family court and lied throughout the proceedings. Because i could not get legal aid, I represented myself as a Litigant in Person, Law Advocates helped me with preparing for court and guided me as to what to expect and prepared a position statement which was so spot on, it made me cry.  Another Law Advocates Sandra a support team member has gone on to assist me in other matters whom I now see as a true friend, I would highly recommend Law Advocates should you have a family issue.

Daniella, Watford

Law Advocates team helped me with a final hearing in relation to child access issue with my two children, the father built a case against me as I suffered a period of mental health issues which later lead to me be sectioned under the mental health act, Law Advocates helped get me released from hospital and deal with my family issues, I cannot thank them enough.

Jason, Essex

I was in a financial dilemma, I had incurred a CCJ and the lender was seeking a charging order on my home, I was given poor advice from a so called internet guru.  The Law Advocates team helped me set aside the county court judgement and then proceeded to help me pursue the creditor on the grounds of unjust enrichment, Law Advocates team managed to not only set aside the judgement and also negotiate the debt down to a level which was manageable, but sat with me in court which enabled me to be calm and somewhat relax.  I have recommended him since to other friends and family.

Keith, Australia

I found Law Advocates on the Internet where a representative was on a radio station which I listen to, I am Australian and have two children in the UK from a separated from the mother and due to visa restriction, I had to return to Australia.  I contacted Law Advocates and subsequently made arrangements to return to the UK and seek access with my Children, he arranged for a High Court application for access due to complexity and the international element, 4 hearings later in a very short space of time, I am a happy man!  Law Advocates spent his time drafting paperwork and sitting next to me in court.  Sadly, I have had to return to Australia for work but provisions where agreed and put in place, I cannot praise there services enough.

Laura, Surrey

I was in tears, searched the internet for help, the father of my son would not return my her following a visit, I was the main guardian for my son, I was refereed to Law Advocates and he contacted me and explained I have contacted the Police whom said “it’s a civil matter”,  Law Advocates spent an awesome amount  time with me on the phone. After listening to me he said to me, shockingly “meet me at the High Court tomorrow”, I went to the High Court and was met with the High Court “tip staff” and Law Advocates and I went before a High Court Judge whom ordered the “tip staff” to locate my child and close all UK borders as there was a risk the father would leave the country, my child was found and returned to me by about 11pm that evening by the police. I can never get over my experience but on the same token I can’t ever thank Law Advocates team enough for their help and support at a time of crisis.

Deb, Hastings

I went without electricity for 9 years in my family home due to the electric board cutting my electricity off due to a financial dispute.  I ended up having to use an extension lead from my neighbours’ property, we seldom went upstairs in our house due to lack of lighting, and my husband falling down the stairs.  I contacted Law Advocates and they said he will help to resolve the issue, 7 weeks later, I had power on at my home.  I could not be more grateful.

I had a problem with council tax arrears, I owed almost £4,000.00, the team helped me not only reduce my arrears but also agree a payment plan, I am most grateful for the help and support I was provided in the stressful period

Dominic, London  “Traffic law”

I am a young electrician and got convicted for a speeding offence and failure to complete a 172 notice at Magistrates court, I got 6 points and £880.00 fine, I wished to appeal and contacted Law Advocates and he helped prepare the appeal paperwork and assisted me in court and he helped me successful overturn the whole conviction, without his valued support I am confident my appeal would not have proceeded and or even been successful.

Kieron, Essex “Traffic law”

My company contacted Law Advocates for help with a long-standing issue with parking tickets, £26,000 worth to be precise, our business could not afford this amount of money and bailiffs become involved. Our company liability was reduced to zero and bailiffs left our business alone.  I have recommended Bradley’s services to other friends of mine since.

David, Chelmsford “Child Access”

I was in distress as my ex stopped me from seeing my daughter and the mother consistently frustrated access, I was in complete despair, I was recommended Law Advocates by someone on the internet and 3 months later I had access back to status quo with the comfort of a court order

Andrew, Manchester “Child Access”

I met Law Advocates at the High Court in London in the applications court, he was assisting a client with another matter and I was in the lobby and spoke to him regarding my child access issues, social services took my children a year before due to domestic violence in my relationship.  Due to my change in circumstances following separation from the father, Law Advocates managed to help me to work with social services and started getting access to my two children, I now enjoy regular contact with my children and my life is getting back on track and I could not be happier.

Kerry, Wales

I am a small subcontractor, and provide plastering services to main contractors.  One of my clients did not pay a bill and was withholding money, I contacted Law Advocates whom knew about contract law and explained to me about the Housing Grants and Regeneration Act which I never heard of before. I allowed him to correspond with the main contractor whom ended up conceding and agreeing a settlement in the court lobby on the day of the hearing.  I was very happy with the service I received and more happy that I did not get bullied any more by the Main Contractor, 5 stars Law Advocates, thankyou.
